Orders will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier service and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.

We charge a flat rate of AED 200 for all destinations and this is excluding local customs and duty charges. Please note that VAT, customs and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult  your local authority for more details.

What is Shipping?

Shipping refers to the process of transporting goods and products from one location to another. It can involve various modes of transportation, including air, sea, and land. Understanding shipping is crucial because it directly affects the delivery time and cost of goods. There are two main types of shipping: domestic, which happens within a country, and international, which involves crossing borders. Both types have unique regulations, costs, and timelines, so it's essential to understand these differences when planning logistics.

The Importance of Choosing the Right Shipping Method

Choosing the correct shipping method is vital. Different methods, such as express shipping or standard shipping, offer varying delivery speeds and prices. For example, express shipping is faster but can be significantly more expensive, while standard shipping is cost-effective but takes longer. It's important to match the shipping method to your budget and deadlines, because making the right choice can enhance customer satisfaction and lead to repeat business. Therefore, evaluate the urgency and value of your shipment to decide wisely.

Shipping Regulations and Customs

Shipping internationally involves understanding specific regulations and customs policies. Every country has rules that dictate what can be shipped, the necessary documentation, and the customs duties that may apply. If you don't comply with these regulations, your shipment could be delayed or returned. Thus, it is crucial to research the destination country's shipping requirements beforehand. Familiarizing yourself with the rules ensures smoother transactions and minimizes the risk of extra charges or complications.
